I have access to bison rib eyes, locally-raised elk and beef. I always strive to let the flavor of the meat stand out and serve medium rare.
Sarah was our personal chef for 10 days in Telluride. We were a large diverse family with many tastes and ranging in age from 5 to 80! Everyone was happy! We couldn’t wait to get home to see what wonderful, fresh, imaginative and DELICIOUS food awaited us!! I would recommend Sarah in a heartbeat.
We shop at Whole Foods Market, specialty purveyors, and small farms across the Roaring Fork Valley. In season, we incorporate ingredients from local growers and markets to ensure exceptional freshness and quality.
Dishes are prepared to showcase vibrant, beautifully balanced flavors. This ingredient-forward approach sets Flourish aparteach dish is seasonal, thoughtful, and intentionally crafted.

Our service style is friendly, attentive, and discreetideal for mountain homes, vacation rentals, and families seeking a refined Aspen chef experience.
Chili relleno is one of my favorites and I get chilis locally. I skip the breading and frying for a tastier fresher preparation with queso fresco, pico de gallo and pine nuts.
With two working parents and a toddler, our family is truly lucky to have Sarah cooking for us once a week. Her food is exceptionally delicious and takes the wholesome taste of real home cooking to a higher level.
Having lived and traveled in Spain, I learned that every region has its take on Paella. I use the freshest seafood I can source and allow the flavors to speak for themselves. Saffron is a key ingredient.
Linda, who lives in Italy, has family from Spain to New York. This holiday season she organized a family reunion at her house in Aspen. The menu was designed to satisfy a hankering for healthy authentic Mexican cuisine, served buffet style. Having lived in Mexico for several years, Sarah had quite a few specialties. The evening started with her signature margaritas with a secret ingredient (only clients are given the secret), and included what they said was the best guacamole and homemade tomatillo salsa they ever had. Fajitas came to the table sizzling. This was truly bringing joy to the table.
Healthy Mexican Buffet:
Absolutely fabulous. Every course was perfection and you are an absolute pleasure. Thank you for making this a perfect evening.
Amazing menu, presentation and service. Over delivered on my expectation and taste.
Some of the best pizza I’ve had was in Costa Rica where the Italian expat population thrives. I make my dough from scratch and let it rise twice. Gourmet pizza night where clients choose from an array of creative toppings is one of my most popular theme menus
She made herself available last minute and cooked a fabulous meal for our family while on a recent trip to Aspen. Her Tuna Poke was AMAZING...my favorite!
Beef Bourguignon is a classic French stew, an ideal dish for a cold winter day. I source local beef and suggest serving it with French baguette and a red Bordeaux or a Pinot Noir.
Sarah and her team are WONDERFUL! Her meals are not only an absolute treat but leave you feeling good afterwards! Sarah worked with us to fine tune our perfect menu and was more than accommodating to meet all the dietary needs of the group. Flourish to Thriveoutstanding in their field and a JOY to work with!!
Summer is the time for farmers markets in the Roaring Fork Valley and a Sunday trip to the Basalt farmers market inspired this simple preparation of roasted summer veggies
