Key to a memorable event is setting the stage. The Flourish team arrives on site to set your event. We handle rentals and will order flowers to make everything easier for you.

We offer personalized, on-site chef services for intimate weddings, bachelorette celebrations, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches in private homes or small venues. From relaxed buffets to formal plated dinners, we help design menus that reflect your style as a couple.

We can staff events of many sizes, coordinate rentals, provide bartenders and service staff, and assist with alcohol purchasing. If you need décor, florals, or photography, we’re happy to connect you with trusted local vendors.

Sarah & Lorrie put on an absolutely wonderful event for my son’s wedding up in the Maroon Bells outside of Aspen, I could not have done it without them. The English Garden party down by the creek was inspired and beautiful. The food delumptious and the presentation superb....thanks guys for making it a truly memorable occasion.

Seasonal, Farm-to-Table Dinners

We prioritize locally farmed ingredients and peak-season produce to create extraordinary farm-to-table meals that showcase the best of Colorado. With access to the Roaring Fork Valley’s farms and seasonal markets, we let the freshest ingredients guide the menu.

Give us carte blanche, and we’ll shop the same day and create a menu inspired by what’s most beautiful and abundant.

Roasted Lamb Rib

Colorado is known for lamb and clients tell me I serve the best they’ve ever had: herb-crusted and oven-roasted with a pomegranate, shallot and port wine reduction.

Business Made Better with Food and Wine Pairing

Reade was bringing clients and associates to Aspen for an industry event. He contacted Flourish to plan an event that “would blow everyone away.” Reade explained: “This group loves to eat outstanding food paired with excellent wine.” We designed a menu incorporating a variety of ethnic twists from Asian and Italian to Mexican, Moroccan and an all-American classic. Our sommelier chose wines that paired perfectly with each course and was on site to pour and chat with the aficionados in the group. Afterwards, Reade enthused: “We’ve been back home for two weeks now and everyone is still talking about the party. The food and wine pairings were a huge hit and you made me look like a rock star!” Here’s the menu:

  • Light Start: Charcuterie (veggie crudité with homemade blue cheese dip)
  • Smoked ahi tuna tatake, with Ponzu, ginger sesame drizzle
    Jazzy Vodka Citrus cocktail
  • Gourmet pizzas: prosciutto, arugula and pesto; chorizo, tomato, mozzarella; Brie, creole shrimp and blueberries
    Ca’ Del Bosco
  • Shrimp wrapped in bacon, with curry, shallot dipping sauce
    Haart Mosel Spatlese
  • Lobster mac and cheese, with Gouda and sharp cheddar
    Failla Chardonnay
  • Moroccan lamb (Colorado lamb) meatballs with pistachios and cilantro, with minted raita dipping sauce
    Mocali Brunello
  • Curry sweet potato latkes, with homemade applesauce and crème fraiche
    Joseph Drouhin Chassagne Montrachet
  • Slow-braised brisket tacos, 24-hour slow-cooked brisket braised in ancho chilies, coffee, whiskey, porter; red cabbage, lime cilantro crema; jalapenos; locally-made corn and flour tortillas
    Paolo Scavino
  • Dessert: triple chocolate brownies with crushed hazelnuts and dried cherries; ginger, dark rum gelato
Grahams 20 year old Tawny Port

Sarah catered a meal for us and it was absolutely delicious!...I would highly recommend Sarah if you are planning a party. Having tasted her food at another gathering this was our second experience. Both were great!

Charcuterie Wine Pairing

Wine pairings bring people together to experience the beauty of seasonal menus complimented by the perfect wine.

We experienced various restaurants during our visit; however the meal prepared by Sarah and her staff was by far the finest culinary experience of the trip. With Sarah’s cheeriness and professionalism, not to mention her outstanding cooking talents, we will definitely be contacting her for our next visit.

Chicken Satay

Chicken Satay is a fav for party appetizers. Marinated lemongrass, ginger, shoyu and sesame oil and grilled to perfection, these fly off the plate. The peanut sauce is made with almond butter and always receives rave reviews.

My business partners and I recently took a trip to Aspen and brought in Chef Sarah for a meal. What a great choice! All of her food was outstanding and Sarah was a delight through the entire process.

Ceviche

Fresh mango and chili de arbol added to this shrimp-and-scallop ceviche reflects my travels throughout Mexico and Peru. Served with crispy plantain chips for crunch factor.

She designed a menu that impressed a group of well-traveled foodies. The meal was delicious from start to finish and the menu included the best lamb I’ve ever had. Sarah’s commitment to quality and attention to top notch service, not to mention her friendly nature, made it an evening to remember.

Fish Tacos

Having lived in Cabo for four years, I’m renowned for my authentic Baja fish and shrimp tacos, topped with homemade tomatillo salsa and fresh cilantro.

Thank you for the tremendous evening and follow up the next night with more delicious food! The event was a great success and I’m getting emails and calls ever since about what a wonderful time and experience the dinner party was! Your team was excellent and a lot of fun engaging with our guests. Thank you for making a memorable night to our business associates and for Life Storage!
