Flourish Menus

Flourish offers a wide variety of menu options and we are always adding new dishes to our repertoire. With your input, we’ll create menus tailored to your preferences. Ask about our seasonally-inspired dinners, our chefs’ specialties, or our most requested dishes. We can accommodate your dietary requests for any menu.

We can recreate a Tuscan-inspired family-style menu with fresh summer produce, an array of seafood and locally-farmed meats. For a cold winter evening, a hearty bison chili or slow-cooked beef short ribs on creamy polenta will hit the spot.

Spring is a great time for Northern Cioppino with homemade bread, or a Thai tasting menu paired with local beers; gourmet pizzas made-to-order, or marinated grilled Colorado lamb chops with a citrus balsamic reduction.

If you are interested in a plant-based menu plan, we offer vegan, vegetarian and raw living foods cuisine. Chef Sarah studied at a vegan cooking school and is one of Aspen’s few formally-trained, gourmet vegan chefs.
