When Sarah catered our Hearts for Hounds fundraiser at the Christopher Martin Gallery in Aspen, from the authentic tapas to the sangria, everyone raved about her delicious food and professional service. More recently, she catered an event at the Animal Shelter where she and her team prepared and served a spectacular array of fresh, seasonal dishes with a vegetarian theme. Dessert was also a showstopper. As a board member of Friends of the Aspen Animal Shelter, our non-profit strives to combine excellent quality and intelligent spending when choosing a caterer for our events. Highly, highly recommend Sarah for any of your cooking needs! She and her talented assistants cooked for our large family for an entire week while we were vacationing in Aspen, and every meal was a masterpiece! Healthy, interesting, unique, delicious and beautifully presented. Sarah is easy to work with, adaptable (the kitchen in our rental house was less than desirable for a gourmet chef) and we definitely plan on using her again.
Everything was so fresh and we could tell that she uses the high quality ingredients. Sarah was warm, friendly and inviting as well as extremely professional throughout our experience with her. By the end of the evening, we felt like she was an old friend.

We experienced various restaurants during our Telluride visit; however the meal prepared by Sarah and her staff was by far the finest culinary experience of the trip. Additionally the kids had a great time with Sarah’s homemade pizza night, and learned to cooked lasagna during a child-friendly cooking class Sarah put together for us last minute.
