Personal & Private Chef Services serving the Aspen, CO areaIf you are planning a party, special event, holiday gathering or wedding reception, we will design a menu to compliment and enrich the experience of your guests.  Whether it’s a sit-down dinner, buffet style event or a more casual gathering with heavy appetizers, we will ensure a successful event.

Chef Sarah specializes in more intimate gatherings and prepares the food in your home and serves it fresh to you and your guests.   Sarah’s background in hotel event planning, wedding coordination and banquet management contributes to her ability to create an outstanding dining experience.

Flourish and staff can accommodate up to 100 people.

Menu Samples

Dinner #1:

  • Warmed camembert with Fricassee of mushrooms, toasted walnuts and shallots, served with toast points
  • Mixed Greens with pears, candied walnuts, Stilton Blue Cheese and balsamic dressing
  • Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb or Rack of Lamb stuffed with Swiss Chard
  • Potato and porcini gratin, roasted asparagus
  • Pear, Apple and Berry Crisp with vanilla gelato

Dinner #2:

  • Premium blue lump Crab cakes with chipotle mayo or Remoulade sauce
  • Endive and radicchio salad with roasted beets and baked goat cheese
  • Beef tenderloin with a béarnaise sauce
  • String beans sautéed with pine nuts
  • Spinach soufflé with shallots and smoked gouda cheese or  wild rice with mushrooms
  • Chocolate mousse with Grand Marnier whipped cream

Dinner #3:

  • Appetizer pesto pizza with grilled shrimp pizza
  • Caesar Salad or authentic chopped salad
  • Chicken a la Romana with white wine, capers, prosciutto and red peppers, served on bed of pasta
  • Side of spinach sautéed with garlic OR
  • Pasta with shrimp, artichoke hearts, fresh basil and tomatoes, sprinkled with feta cheese
  • Crème Brulee with fresh berries

Dinner #4:

  • Shrimp wrapped in Bacon with chipotle mayo dipping sauce
  • Cajun Jambalaya with chicken, andouille sausage and shrimp  OR 
  • Shrimp Etouffe
  • Braised greens
  • Jalapeno cheese cornbread with fresh corn served with honey butter
  • Ice cream sundae with bananas flambé and dulce de leche (caramel sauce)

Dinner #5:

  • Creamy roasted red pepper soup with crème friache
  • Seasonal fresh greens with fresh herbs, avocado, crispy proscuitto and tarragon vinaigrette
  • Pan Seared Salmon with balsamic reduction, roasted broccolini and crispy herb potato ‘chips’
  • Lemon-Raspberry Plate Trifle

Dinner #6:

  • Fried Crab Wontons with Sesame-soy dipping Sauce
  • Beef & Chicken Satay with peanut dipping Sauce OR
  • Chicken larb in lettuce cups
